Dermobacter
Product Ingridients:
  • Benzalkonium Chloride,
  • Chlorhexidine Gluconate
Therapeutic actions:

Benzalkonium chloride as cationic detergent wedges in baterial cell wall and interact with the membranous lipoproteins, resulting in damage of the membrane and disturbing of the barrier function. As a result microorganisms becomes nonviable.

Chlorhexidine Gluconate is antiseptic substance that is effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. It does not act on viruses and spores.

Indications:

Dermobacter is used as an antiseptic remedy in septic wound disinfection and other skin damages caused by bacteria.

Contraindications and Cautions:
  • You should not use Dermobacter in hypersensitivity or allergy to any of this medication active ingredients.
  • Dermobacter should be used with caution in pregnancy.
  • Do not apply Dermobacter to the breasts during breast-feeding
  • Dermobacter is indicated only for an extern use.
Side Effects:

There are possible side-effects associated with this medicine that can affect individuals in different ways. If a side effect is stated here, that does not necessarily mean the fact that all people using Dermobacter will experience it or any other.

Although cutaneous absorption of Dermobacter is very slight, the risk of systemic side effects can not be excluded. Such effects are particularly likely if the Dermobacter is applied to a large surface area, to damaged skin (notably burns), the mucous membranes or the skin in premature infants or neonates.

Some people in rare cases may experience local skin irritation, rash or itching.
