Bendazol possesses vasodilating, spasmolytic, adaptogenic and immune stimulating properties. Bendazol relaxes smooth muscles of the blood vessels and internals, improves synaptic transmission in spinal cord. Immune stimulating properties are associated with regulation the amount of cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP in the immune cells. Bendazol exerts moderate hypertensive effects. It is recommended to combine Bendazol with other hypertensive medication in the treatment of high blood pressure.
Bendazol also dilates cerebral vessels, improving cerebral circulation. Bendazol is effective in bell's palsy and residual effects after poliomyelitis.
Bendazol is indicated in:
- Spasms of the blood levels( spasm of the coronary and peripheral arteries)
- Aggravation of hypertension
- Hypertensic crisis
- Spasms of the smooth muscles of the internals
- Diseases of the nervous system: residual effects after poliomyelitis, bell's palsy, polyneuritis;
- The preparation should not be used in known hypersensitivity or allergy to bendazol.
- Bendazol should not be taken in pregnancy and lactation.
- Do not use bendazol in hypotension, HIV infection.
